Heavy Duty Precision Planers
Main Features:

Design: It is very rigid double column andbody bore/rail brackets system planer fitted with gun metal bushes / Ball Bearings.

Bed: Bed is mode out of heavy duty alloys grey castings having proper strength and long wearing qualities. It is deep box-section and tied together at frequent intervals by double walled bridge pieces extended to the bottom of thebed. The two 'V' guides are accurately hand scrapped upto extreme lemits.

Table: It is of box section with hand scrapped 'V' ways to bear heavy load. it is heavily ribbed and the Rack provided in it is spur Milling cut and non wearing quality for smooth running. Adequate number of 'T' slots are provided to clamp the work piece precisely and securely.

Gears: All the six gears are of Steel, Oil Trey tank is provided to Lubricate oil while in working Gun Metal Bushes or Ball Bearings are provided to all the shafts as required.

Gross Rail: It is of box section heavily ribbed with large surface and is suitable for both hand and automatic horizontal and vertical feeds. Auto lift without electricals is provided.

Tool Posts: These are made out of close grain castings and steel to stand heavy cut. Special type of Dog Clutch fittings are provided for vertical lifting of the tool post. It can be driven both manually and mechanically.

Columns: Uprights are of rigid box section firmly, bolted on the bed for precise alignment are capable of absorbing the heaviest shocks without vibration. Location pins are provided to help refit machine accurately.
