Some of the features of our machines are as follows:
- Design: This is a rigid double column and the body bore & rail brackets system planer is fitted with gun metal bushes & ball bearings
- Bed: It is mode out of heavy duty alloys grey castings that has high strength and wearing capabilities. This deep box-section is tied together at frequent intervals by double walled bridge pieces which is extended to the bottom. Moreover, the two V guides are accurately hand scrapped up to extreme limits
- Table: It is of box section and is provided with hand scrapped V ways that helps in bearing heavy load. Besides, this is heavily ribbed and the rack provided has wearing quality that ensures smooth running. Further, it also has adequate number of T slots that allows in clamping the work piece securely and precisely
- Gears: Fabricated using high grade steel, all the six gears is equipped with oil trey tank which is used to lubricate oil. During the time of working, the gun metal bushes and ball bearings are provided to all the shafts as per the specific requirement
- Gross Rail: This is of box section that is heavily ribbed with large surface and is ideal for both automatic horizontal & vertical and hand feeds. Moreover, an auto lift is also provided to the gross rails
- Tool Posts: Made out of close grain castings and steel, this tool posts can withstand heavy cut. Besides, special type of dog clutch fittings are provided for vertical lifting of the tool post that can drive the tool both manually and mechanically
- Columns: This rigid box section is firmly bolted on the bed for precise alignment and is capable of absorbing the shocks without vibration. Further, the located pins are provided to put the machine accurately
